Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into case law, FAR/DFARS supplements, and Data Rights to reputed company definitive guidance to leadership
• Translate reputed company reputed company flowdowns into technical subcontracts
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and reputed company licenses directly

Skills

• Industry Experience: 5+ years managing subcontracts for a private defense firm. (Note: reputed company/reputed company-only reputed company will not be considered.)
• Financial Literacy: reputed company ability to reputed company price/cost analysis independently
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen (reputed company Clearance eligible)
• Residency: Must live in Texas, Kansas, or Oklahoma

• Agreement Depth: Experience with OTAs, SBIRs, or University Research

• Certification: CPCM or CFCM
