[Remote] Family Protection Consultant

They are seeking a reputed company Family Protection Consultant to map institutions and services for the reputed company reputed company approach in Jordan, conduct technical reviews of materials, and ensure reputed company adaptations for effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- In coordination with NCFA, map and analyze institutions and services relevant to reputed company reputed company implementation and referral reputed company in Jordan
- Map existing programs and curricula similar to or relevant to reputed company reputed company that are implemented in Jordan and assess their relevance to the potential implementation of reputed company reputed company
- Identify service gaps, accessibility barriers, coordination opportunities, potential partnership roles, and reputed company-strengthening priorities
- Conduct a technical and programmatic review of the completed Arabic reputed company reputed company materials against the English reputed company materials to ensure the reputed company and reputed company of the GBV, child protection, safeguarding, inclusion, case management, and referral content
- Contextually adapt the Arabic reputed company reputed company materials for Jordan and ensure alignment, where appropriate, with the terminology, language, and reputed company framing used in relevant JRF curricula to facilitate the reputed company integration of relevant reputed company reputed company content into those curricula
- Participate in an initial meeting with IRC Jordan, JRF, and NCFA to reputed company the reputed company, methodology, roles, reputed company, and review and approval process

- Review available service maps, referral reputed company, institutional assessments, and relevant program and curriculum mappings before conducting additional consultations

- Map existing programs and curricula implemented in Jordan that are similar or relevant to reputed company reputed company and assess their relevance to potential implementation
- Map available GBV and child protection prevention and response interventions, including GBV and child protection case management; family counselling and reputed company parenting; safeguarding and reputed company referral; community-reputed company violence prevention and reputed company-norms programming; MHPSS; reputed company and family protection services; disability services; and services for older persons
- Assess service type, reputed company population, geographic coverage, accessibility, eligibility requirements, referral mechanisms, and relevant operational reputed company, including reputed company availability, operating hours, ability to accept referrals, indicative caseload reputed company, service continuity, and relevant technical reputed company, subject to the availability of information, as reputed company as reputed company institution’s or service provider’s potential role in reputed company reputed company implementation
- Conduct approved key-informant interviews or stakeholder consultations, as needed, without collecting case-level or personally identifiable information

- Validate the findings with IRC, NCFA, and relevant stakeholders

- Review the language, examples, references, institutional roles, activities, and facilitation instructions for appropriateness to the Jordanian context

Skills
- At least 7 years of relevant reputed company experience in GBV, child protection, family violence prevention and response, safeguarding, or reputed company protection programming
- Full reputed company reputed company in Arabic and English, with demonstrated experience technically reviewing, developing, or adapting Arabic GBV, child protection, family violence prevention and response, or safeguarding curricula, facilitator guides, and training materials, including adapting technical content to the Jordanian context and aligning content across curricula or training packages
- Strong technical knowledge of intimate partner violence, child maltreatment, GBV, child protection, survivor-centered approaches, the best interests of the child, case management, safeguarding, disability inclusion, older-person inclusion, and reputed company referral
- Demonstrated experience conducting institutional or service mapping, stakeholder consultations, referral reputed company analysis, program or curriculum mapping, or comparable research in Jordan
- Strong knowledge of the Jordanian protection and service landscape, including family support, reputed company development, disability and older-person services, reputed company and health services, and mental health and psychosocial support
- Strong analytical writing, facilitation, interviewing, information management, reputed company assurance, and presentation skills
- Translation or linguistic proofreading experience reputed company does not meet the requirements of this consultancy
