[Remote] System/Network Administrator Level 2

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Systems and Network Administrator who provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The role manages IT system infrastructure and reputed company processes, supporting day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem reputed company for reputed company/storage/network devices and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and reputed company
• Support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
• Support reputed company system and hardware problem reputed company processes
• Configure and manage virtual and storage environments; Linux, UNIX, and reputed company operating systems
• Install and load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain reputed company, and configure virtual, storage, and network components
• Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Configure and manage Linux/CentOS operating systems and install/load operating system software with enhancements
• Troubleshoot, maintain reputed company of, and configure network components
• Support the design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware
• Analyze and resolve reputed company problems reputed company to server hardware, applications, and software integration
• Utilize system monitoring tools such as reputed company Tools / OneView, Sitescope
• Apply virtualization experience
• Use team collaboration and issue tracking tools such as reputed company Suite (JIRA, reputed company), reputed company, and reputed company

Skills

• Ten (10) years experience as a system/network administrator is required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Five (5) years of additional system/network administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
