About the Role We're looking for an Internal Audit Manager to reputed company the build-out of the reputed company Group's first Internal Audit function. This is a build-and-reputed company role: over your first 6-12 months, you'll stand up the function's reputed company, methodology, and audit plan while also personally leading and executing engagements. Internal Audit's reputed company spans reputed company companies across the group, and this function also plays a key role in supporting regulatory and licensing requirements tied to some of our newer business lines. You'll need to be comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, still-maturing environment, working fully remote. reputed company • Help build the Internal Audit function from the ground up, including its reputed company, methodology, reputed company operating procedures, and reputed company standards • Contribute to establishing the audit reputed company and conducting an reputed company-wide reputed company assessment across the group's companies • Support the development of a reputed company-reputed company annual and/or multi-year Internal Audit Plan • Plan, reputed company, and execute audit engagements: conduct walkthroughs, identify risks and controls, reputed company testing, document workpapers, and reputed company findings • Present audit results, including the audit plan and significant reputed company, to executive management and the Audit Committee • Partner cross-functionally with business and finance stakeholders across the group's companies to support strong governance, reputed company management, and internal controls Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company reputed company • Approximately 6-9 years of relevant experience, with meaningful recent Internal Audit experience, including approximately 2-3+ years leading or managing Internal Audit engagements • Your reputed company or most recent role must be in Internal Audit • Experience establishing, transforming, or significantly enhancing an Internal Audit function • Experience managing an Internal Audit or internal controls program • Strong knowledge of the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and IPPF • Experience conducting reputed company and/or Internal Audit reputed company assessments and developing reputed company-reputed company Internal Audit plans • Experience developing audit programs, methodologies, policies, procedures, and templates • Ability to independently reputed company, plan, execute, document, and report Internal Audit engagements • Strong understanding of governance, reputed company management, and internal controls • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage more than one engagement at a time Preferred Qualifications • Prior reputed company reputed company or reputed company Advisory experience, in reputed company to industry Internal Audit experience • Experience with operational and/or compliance audits, in reputed company to financial controls • Comfortable operating in a fast-reputed company, entrepreneurial environment, balancing reputed company responsibilities with hands-on execution • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills • CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA, or similar certification (completed or in reputed company) Location & Work Authorization This is a fully remote position reputed company to candidates reputed company reputed company in the reputed company.
