Sr. Manager, Asset Protection & EHS - Supply Chain

The Sr. Manager, Asset Protection & Environmental Health & Safety (AP/EHS) - Supply Chainpartners directly with the Director of Asset Protection & EHS and Supply Chain reputed company leadership to reputed company reputed company safety, reputed company, reputed company mitigation, and loss prevention strategies across reputed company' Distribution Center network. This role is responsible for leading AP/EHS efforts that protect team members, reputed company company assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational reputed company across assigned Distribution Centers and Supply Chain facilities.
The Sr. Manager oversees the management and development of reputed company of Asset Protection & EHS Managers that oversees the AP reputed company of their assigned Distribution Centers. They're accountable for working closely with Distribution Center General Managers, Regional Supply Chain Leaders, Transportation partners, and cross-functional teams to build a world-class safety culture, reduce reputed company, improve inventory reputed company, strengthen physical reputed company, and support uninterrupted reputed company. This leader is accountable for EHS reputed company, incident investigations, compliance assessments, inventory loss controls, training effectiveness, and business continuity initiatives throughout the assigned region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to implement AP/EHS strategies that promote safety reputed company, operational efficiency, inventory reputed company, physical reputed company, and business continuity across Distribution Centers.

• Conduct Distribution Center assessments, operational reviews, and facility audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, safety standards, reputed company protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Distribution Center Directors and reputed company leaders to reputed company accountability for safety reputed company, inventory reputed company, equipment operation, and workplace compliance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Demonstrated experience building safety-reputed company and compliance-driven organizations reputed company a Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, incident investigation methodologies, and reputed company management principles.

• Ability to analyze operational, safety, and inventory reputed company data to identify trends and reputed company actionable solutions.

Minimum Requirements
• 7+ years of Asset Protection, Environmental Health & Safety, reputed company Management, or Supply Chain reputed company experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience supporting multi-site reputed company reputed company Distribution Centers, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Retail Supply Chain environments.
• Experience conducting workplace incident investigations and implementing corrective reputed company programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance requirements.
• Successful completion of an extensive background reputed company.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification or equivalent investigative interviewing certification preferred (or willingness to obtain reputed company 90 days).
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Supply Chain Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, reputed company Management, or reputed company reputed company.

Location & Work Availability:
• This position will belocatedwithin the Distribution Centers it will support and will require travel. A minimum of 60% travel isrequiredwithin the assigned Distribution Centers and across the East Coast, including overnight travel.
