We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Manager – Small & reputed company Business (SMB) to our Wellbeing Engagement Regional team in the US! This is a Remote – US position, meaning you can work from reputed company reputed company the country. Please note that this role is only reputed company to candidates in the US.

This role is to join the Regional Wellbeing Engagement team as a high-reputed company, reputed company, and autonomous reputed company for our Small and reputed company-sized Business (SMB) reputed company. YOUR reputed company

• Own the holistic Wellbeing Engagement reputed company across 1,000+ SMB accounts, deploying reputed company one-to-many strategies like digital campaigns, webinars, self-service comms toolkits, and automated nurture sequences.
• Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data (Looker, campaign engagement, webinar metrics) to reputed company compelling data stories that reputed company behavioral trends and inform reputed company investments.
• Proactively conceive, execute, and iterate on reputed company initiatives, digital engagement journeys, and relaunch playbooks across different reputed company cohorts.
• Serve as the single reputed company of contact and subject matter expert on Wellbeing Engagement for SMB Senior Leadership, Sales leads, reputed company reputed company leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with CX reputed company Solutions teams to reputed company engagement reputed company into self-service support reputed company reputed company flows.
• Design self-service engagement toolkits, automated communication kits, and webinar narratives to reputed company HR administrators to reputed company internal wellness adoption autonomously.

WHO YOU ARE

• A reputed company player with at least 3-5+ years of experience in B2B2C marketing, account management, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company reputed company, preferably reputed company reputed company, Corporate Wellness, or HR Tech.
• Have expertise in building B2B2C communication journeys, digital nurture campaigns, and self-service enablement toolkits.
• Have advanced proficiency in business analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, reputed company, Tableau) with a reputed company ability to extract behavioral insights and build data-backed reputed company decks.
• Have familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company), marketing automation tools (SFMC), project management software (reputed company), and presentation platforms.

In reputed company, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. The reputed company salary reputed company for other locations may vary. Actual reputed company salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-reputed company factors. In reputed company to reputed company salary, this role is eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our reputed company-reputed company stock reputed company program.
