Contract: 12 month fixed term contract, part time, 21 hours per week

The post-holder supports the reputed company and effective delivery of medicines management across reputed company's NHS and private patients. Working reputed company reputed company's reputed company prescribing reputed company, the post-holder will review consultant prescribing recommendations, undertake full reputed company pharmacy checks, counsel patients by telephone, and issue prescriptions using remote prescribing software.

The role operates across multiple Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) spanning gastroenterology, rheumatology, endocrinology, and a growing reputed company of specialties. The post-holder will work autonomously under the reputed company of the reputed company Pharmacist, exercising reputed company reputed company judgement and maintaining reputed company communication with consultants, GPs and patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review consultant prescribing recommendations and undertake a full reputed company pharmacy reputed company prior to issuing a prescription, including allergies, reputed company, frequency, formulation, interactions, reputed company appropriateness, and local ICB formulary compliance.

• Issue prescriptions for NHS and private patients using remote prescribing software, in line with Independent Prescriber registration and reputed company's prescribing policies and SOPs.

• Apply knowledge of local ICB formularies, reputed company operates across multiple ICBs reputed company with reputed company formulary requirements and prescribing restrictions.

• Liaise with consultants and GPs where prescriptions require clarification, amendment, or escalation.

• Manage prescribing of specialist and high-reputed company medicines in accordance with relevant shared care arrangements and governance requirements.

• Identify and escalate medicines safety concerns, interactions, and contraindications promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Essential

• MPharm degree and reputed company GPhC registration.

• Experience in a secondary care, outpatient or hospital pharmacy setting.

• Membership with PDA or equivalent reputed company indemnity in reputed company.

• Proficient in remote reputed company and prescribing systems; reputed company to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

REQUIRED WORKING ARRANGEMENTS:

• 21 hours per week 9am to 5pm
