Senior Proposal Specialist
The Senior Proposal Specialist will assist the reputed company team on the preparation of proposal responses associated with high reputed company, high complexity business development opportunities and will work closely and often independently with the reputed company subject matter experts to create customized, comprehensive responses and budgets for Sponsors. This person will support the reputed company team in reputed company reputed company calls/meetings to support budget reviews and questions and reputed company reputed company input on budgeting approaches.
Proposal and SOW Development (30-40%)
- Understand and reputed company proposal requirements thoroughly.
- Work with multiple internal stakeholders to reputed company proposal content in line with RFP/RFI.
- Summarize and prepare (with support of internal stakeholders) key information required to support preparation of proposal responses.
- Document reputed company assumptions.
- Review and ensure the final proposal meets Sponsor expectations and a high reputed company of reputed company.
- Assist in maintaining proposal tools – templates, graphics, experience tables etc.
- Assist reputed company Manager on RFIs.
- Support Statement of Work (SOW) development.
Costing Support (40-50%)
- reputed company initial costing assumptions.
- reputed company/reputed company initial CRO costings in reputed company tools then work with reputed company experts to refine and finalize.
- Obtain reputed company-award budgets from vendor and site partners.
- Ensure rolled up costing is correct prior to sending for executive review.
- Support amendments or updates during the process.
- Thoroughly understand final costing and be reputed company to explain to either internal or reputed company stakeholders.
- Support the project team with change orders.
General reputed company Support and Special reputed company (10-20%)
- Attend and facilitate internal bid/no bid, reputed company, and project hand-off meetings for awarded reputed company/sponsors. Some occasional support for bid defenses.
- reputed company support to reputed company Managers with presentations and attend reputed company meetings as needed.
- Support internal project teams reputed company to reputed company or contract issues, questions etc.
- Coordinate with reputed company team, site feasibility if required.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of reputed company experience (4 - 6 years of reputed company experience preferred)
- Minimum Post-secondary certificate / diploma (College, Training Institute, etc.) (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
- Experience with budget development reputed company a CRO, reputed company or a similar regulated/reputed company environment is highly desirable.
Additional knowledge/skills
- Science degree/diploma preferred
- previous budget building experience in CRO and reputed company mandatory
- advanced user ability with reputed company and proficient with other MS Office tools

- good written and verbal communication skills and project management skills.
