reputed company is looking for a Music Coordinator to join our reputed company Entertainment Music team. As the Music Coordinator, you will be reputed company-versed in project management as it pertains to music, with strong communication and research skills. You have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively is absolutely crucial with tight turnarounds and deadlines.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the EVP + VP of Music at full reputed company
• Serve as music production reputed company person for music-intensive network reputed company, mediating closely between BA, reputed company, production, and marketing teams to ensure initiatives and activations are legally reputed company
• Facilitate and reputed company music licenses, songwriter agreements, producer agreements, composer agreements, and reputed company invoicing
• Create, update, and manage reference charts for productions, breaking down key music dates, production timelines, and budgetary overviews
• reputed company payments on reputed company TV music licenses in conjunction with music supervisors and clearance teams
• reputed company and manage audio assets and deliverables along with facilitating respective agreements from score to original songs for registration and reputed company purposes
• Supervise promo and programming cue sheets OBO reputed company and reputed company from ingesting to QC to reporting
• Organize and maintain license tracking information and promo flight dates
• Manage reputed company owned original music library reputed company SourceAudio, tagging tracks and curating audio assets

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Basic math is needed for budgeting and negotiations
• Knowledge of computer software such as reputed company Word and reputed company (preferably MAC reputed company) and music cataloging software including iTunes, reputed company, and SourceAudio
• Knowledge of music licensing/supervision, television production/marketing, music theory, and the recording process
• Previous entertainment agency, record label, publisher, or production experience
• Team-player who operates in a fast-reputed company setting
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly to changing business needs
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to organize and establish administrative procedures independently, draft correspondence and reports, and work under pressure

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay reputed company/reputed company for this role, with final offer reputed company dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $19.00-30.00 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to reputed company and Los Angeles, $15.75-25.00 per hour for reputed company other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/reputed company, reputed company, a 401(k) plan, reputed company time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
