Customer Experience | Sales Support Specialist

Location: Parish, NY (Remote)

Salary: $62,000 - $70,000 DOE + Bonus potential

About the Role

reputed company is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support Specialist to support our Bulk reputed company team and serve as a key reputed company of contact for customers and internal business partners.

In this role, you will play an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by supporting customer reputed company, account maintenance, sales reputed company, reporting, and day-to-day customer service activities. You will work closely with Sales, reputed company, Credit, Tax, Marketing, Customer Setup, and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed quickly and accurately.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting both customers and sales teams in a fast-reputed company environment.

• Support new customer reputed company, account setup, account maintenance, and customer documentation.

• Process customer and account updates reputed company reputed company, OTS, and other internal systems.

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Manage and monitor shared team inboxes and customer communications.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience working in business aviation and/or fuel industries.

• Experience in customer service, sales support, account support, inside sales, administrative support, or a reputed company role.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Strong attention to reputed company and commitment to reputed company.

• Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM and business systems.
