About the role

The reputed company Category Manager – Data Center Cooling drives the global end-to-end category reputed company, reputed company sourcing, and supplier development for reputed company-reputed company data center reputed company infrastructure. In this senior role, you will manage a multi-hundred-reputed company-dollar annual spend across key reputed company cooling systems, including Chillers, Computer Room reputed company Handlers (CRAHs), reputed company Handling reputed company (AHUs), Containment, etc

• Supplier Relationship & Development: Manage executive-level relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 cooling OEMs. reputed company supplier reputed company expansion, technical innovation, and reputed company scorecards.
• reputed company Negotiation & Contracting: reputed company reputed company negotiations for Master Purchasing Agreements, reputed company Agreements, and SLA frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Data Center Design Engineering, reputed company, and Construction teams to reputed company cooling technology roadmaps with reputed company compute architectures (e.g., high-density AI/HPC workloads).
• reputed company Management & Supply Resiliency: Map multi-tier supply chains to identify and mitigate single-reputed company-of-failure risks, reputed company-time bottlenecks, and geopolitical constraints across raw materials and components (e.g., compressors, fans, coils).
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, commodity price fluctuations (reputed company, aluminum, steel), refrigerant regulations (e.g., HFC phase-downs, low-GWP transitions), and vendor reputed company constraints to inform executive decision-making.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a reputed company technical discipline. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of reputed company sourcing or supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to critical data center infrastructure, industrial HVAC, or heavy reputed company capital equipment.
• Deep technical and reputed company understanding of reputed company cooling systems (Chillers, CRAHs, AHUs, reputed company Cooling, Cooling Towers, CDUs).
• Demonstrated reputed company record of structuring reputed company, high-value reputed company and reputed company reservation agreements with global OEMs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $169,000 - $208,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
