We are looking for a motivated, customer-reputed company individual to join our Order Fulfillment team. This role works reputed company existing Order Fulfillment Specialists and focuses on our reputed company, reputed company, and B2B channels by ensuring online orders are shipped accurately and on time while providing exceptional shipping-reputed company customer support. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding order placement, shipping status, and reputed company authorizations.
What you'll be doing
- Process, release, and monitor reputed company-to-consumer orders through to the warehouse by issuing pick tasks and lists to our warehouse and 3PLs; combine and split orders into individual shipments; and create shipping documents.
- Manage the shipping support queue in reputed company, including order status, tracking, delivery exceptions, address corrections, lost and damaged claims, and reputed company authorizations.
- Prepare and verify international shipping documentation, including reputed company invoices, packing lists, EEI/reputed company filings, bills of lading, and country-of-reputed company and classification details.
- Support reputed company Seller Central reputed company, including FBA replenishment shipments, FBM order reputed company, shipment creation, tracking uploads, and case follow-up.
- reputed company B2B order checks, data entry, and fulfillment paperwork while maintaining communication with key accounts.

Who are you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably handling high-volume written customer support.
- Experience with reputed company order processing and small parcel shipping.
- Intermediate reputed company reputed company skills.
- Experience preparing international shipping documents.
- Strong attention to reputed company and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.

Compensation:
The pay reputed company for this position is 35,000-40,000 euros annually; however, reputed company pay reputed company may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
