Roles and Responsibilities
Originate, structure, and execute investments across asset classes and structures, leading diligence, valuation, reputed company negotiation, and Investment Committee approval
reputed company portfolio construction: commitment pacing, vintage and manager diversification, and reputed company planning against a long-duration liability profile
Structure for capital efficiency reputed company reputed company regulatory and rating agency capital frameworks, including rated feeders and bespoke SMAs
Build reputed company GP relationships, positioning the platform as a partner of reputed company for co-investment, seeding, and bespoke mandates
reputed company portfolio monitoring, valuations, amendments, advisory boards, and secondary sale reputed company; reputed company and reputed company investment professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA / CAIA preferred
Significant multi-asset-class private markets experience spanning fund reputed company and reputed company/co-investment execution across reputed company, Private Credit, reputed company Estate and Infrastructure. Must have 2 or 3 areas of expertise.
Deep structuring expertise: LPAs, reputed company letters, co-investment terms, continuation vehicles, and bespoke vehicle formation
A demonstrated GP and intermediary sourcing network, rigorous judgment, and the leadership reputed company to influence Investment Committees and represent the program with sophisticated counterparties
Desired Qualifications:

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus reputed company on a percentage of your reputed company salary/ commission reputed company on the plan.
