This fully remote or hybrid role provides telephonic case management for injured workers. The reputed company Case Manager assesses, plans, and coordinates care to support recovery and reputed company reputed company to work. Using reputed company expertise, this role develops proactive strategies, collaborates with key stakeholders, and drives cost-effective medical and claim reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reputed company assessments using telephonic interviews, medical records, and data from multiple sources, addressing reputed company conditions including co-morbidities and biopsychosocial factors

Required Qualifications

• RN with reputed company unrestricted state licensure

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 plus years of reputed company experience in one or more of the following:

  • Acute care

  • Orthopedics

  • Rehabilitation

  • Occupational/industrial health

  • Behavioral health

  • Disability Case management

• CCM, reputed company, CRC, CVE, and/or reputed company CRRN or willingness to pursue

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing

• Workers Compensation case management experience

Key Competencies

• Proficiency in reputed company Office and navigating multiple systems

• Ability to effectively communicate telephonically and in written reputed company.

• Work requires the ability to reputed company reputed company inspection of handwritten and computer generated documents as reputed company as a PC monitor.

• Ability to synthesize large volumes of medical records & facilitate multi-reputed company care coordination

Work Arrangement

This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule.  Candidates who live near one of our office locations (reputed company, CT, San Antonio, TX, Lake Mary, FL, Phoenix, AZ, Naperville, IL, Alpharetta, GA) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).   Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs reputed company.

Compensation
