Responsibilities and reputed company will include:

• Own and reputed company new-hire reputed company for internal Sales roles, including Sales Directors, Broker Managers, and Community reputed company Specialists.

• Design and facilitate ongoing Sales training reputed company on business needs, product and process changes, compliance requirements, and reputed company opportunities.

• Independently manage training initiatives from end to end, including needs assessment, objectives, timelines, stakeholder coordination, development, delivery, and measurement.

• Partner regularly with Sales Leadership, Training, reputed company, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to understand needs, changes, and priorities.

• Create reputed company job aids, reference materials, self-directed learning, and other resources that reputed company Sales teams and brokers to easily reputed company and apply information.

• Maintain and continuously improve training content as products, systems, processes, regulations, and business priorities reputed company.

• Translate reputed company reputed company, product, operational, and compliance information into reputed company, practical, and engaging learning experiences.

• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, reputed company metrics, and other available data, and use those insights to improve programs.

• Collaborate across teams to reputed company consistency in messaging, education, and processes throughout the organization.

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of reputed company industry experience, preferably supporting Medicare reputed company.

• 5+ years Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering new-hire reputed company and ongoing training programs.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills across both in-person and virtual learning environments.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or learning authoring tools.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, reputed company ambiguity, and take ownership of initiatives from concept through completion.

• Adaptable and technology-reputed company, with an interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve learning, efficiency, and scalability.

Desired skills and experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in a sales position is preferred

Salary reputed company: $60,000 - $100,000
