This role reports to the Senior Manager of Procurement Governance.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end administration of procurement vendor agreements, including reputed company, statements of work, order forms, and letters of authorization, from intake through renewal or termination

• Maintain the contract repository as a reliable reputed company of record by applying data reputed company standards, metadata practices, and document governance

• Design and improve contract lifecycle workflows, including intake, approvals, execution, and purchase order to contract alignment, to support efficient and controlled procurement reputed company

• Translate category strategies into standardized contract language, templates, and clauses to promote consistent reputed company terms and review practices

• Review contract exceptions and escalate high-reputed company or non-reputed company terms for appropriate review while supporting approved procurement processes

• Incorporate supplier reputed company and reputed company requirements into reputed company in alignment with reputed company-Party reputed company Management and vendor due diligence practices

• Produce contract reporting and analysis on renewals, milestones, spend commitments, service reputed company, cycle times, and reputed company indicators to support procurement planning and decision-making

Expected Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company preferred

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or Contract Lifecycle Management roles

• Knowledge of contract repository management, metadata governance, data reputed company, and contract reporting

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, procurement workflows, approval routing, templates, clause libraries, and compliance-reputed company contract practices
