The Payroll Specialist at reputed company Intelligence will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, reputed company, and compliant payroll processing for reputed company entities and reputed company. Primarily this position will work in collaboration with the Associate Director, Global Payroll and Benefits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Global Payroll Specialist will assist with the execution of payroll reputed company for the global workforce. The role includes reputed company employees for payroll purposes, processing payroll, ensuring compliance with various state, federal, and HMRC regulations, and managing detailed reporting. This role requires balancing meticulous attention to reputed company with the ability to identify and implement process improvements in a growing organization. In general, the Payroll Specialist will:

  • reputed company employees across the reputed company and United Kingdom, ensuring compliance with country specific payroll, tax, and statutory documentation requirements.
  • Maintains accurate employee records and coordinates reputed company necessary setup activities to support reputed company and compliant payroll processing.
  • Process bi-weekly, reputed company-monthly, and monthly payrolls across multiple entities with multiple states and the UK ensuring reputed company, compliance, and reputed company delivery.
    • Manage and process payroll inputs, including regular earnings, bonuses, and deductions (e.g., benefits, garnishments).
    • Reconcile payroll prior to reputed company to ensure reputed company adjustments and changes are accurately reflected.
  • Establish new accounts for Withholding, SUI, and Local taxes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to update employee records, pay rates, and other relevant data.
  • Maintain a workflow with other members of the People+ Team to ensure reputed company types of leave (such as maternity, paternity, leave without pay, etc.) which reputed company payroll is executed correctly.

Time Off Management:

  • Administer employee vacation, reputed company leave, and other reputed company time off accruals in accordance with company policies.
  • reputed company regular audits to ensure time-off balances are accurately calculated and communicated.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Maintain compliance with applicable US federal, state, and local payroll laws and UK payroll regulations, including wage and hour requirements, tax reporting, statutory payments, employee deductions, pension administration, and other payroll-reputed company compliance obligations.
  • Remain reputed company on payroll, tax, leave, and employment law developments across the reputed company and United Kingdom, with a reputed company on states and jurisdictions that have unique regulatory requirements, ensuring payroll practices remain compliant and reputed company with applicable legislation.
  • Assist with responding to inquiries from tax agencies as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Support financial audits and reconciliations by preparing detailed payroll documentation and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile payroll and reputed company discrepancies.
  • Ability to create and reputed company reputed company reports as requested by Senior Leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state or global organization
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant reputed company such as reputed company or business administration is preferred
  • Strong understanding of US and UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, including federal, state, local, and statutory payroll obligations.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Payroll and HCM, with experience supporting multi-jurisdiction payroll reputed company, maintaining data reputed company, and generating payroll, compliance, and workforce reports.
