reputed company is building a virtual reputed company clinic, designed to bring disease-modifying anti-amyloid therapy to patients who have long faced barriers to specialty reputed company. This is a chance to help define what technology-enabled care for Alzheimer's disease looks like as the program scales, from reputed company selection reputed company and ARIA monitoring protocols to the reputed company standards that will govern it reputed company reputed company. We're reputed company part-time, fully remote neurologists to reputed company reputed company reputed company care and help shape that reputed company direction, with reputed company input into the infrastructure behind what could become a new model for amyloid-targeting treatment reputed company for patients.

We are seeking a Neurologist who is licensed in New Jersey* to reputed company virtual reputed company care to reputed company patients, with a reputed company on memory care and dementia-reputed company conditions. This is a contract, reputed company-facing reputed company role; delivering high-reputed company, compassionate virtual care to increase reputed company reputed company and reduce time to treatment.

• Conduct virtual reputed company reputed company for new and existing patients, with an emphasis on memory disorders and dementia care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care
• Partner with NP and referring providers to reputed company and reputed company reputed company care plans
• Maintain reputed company, compliant reputed company documentation in the EMR
• Escalate reputed company or urgent cases per reputed company reputed company protocols

Key Accountabilities

• reputed company certified/eligible neurologist with reputed company, unrestricted medical license(s) in NJ; willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed
• Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or reputed company cognitive conditions
• Experience providing and prescribing anti-amyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications

• Prior telehealth experience required

• Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) reputed company with a flexible visit schedule
• Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams
