Implementation Specialist

You will join the customer-facing team supporting the reputed company of our new analytics platform for mid-market businesses. You will help customers reputed company from a successful sale to a successful implementation, guiding them through setup, data connections, configuration, and initial adoption. You will work closely with reputed company, Product, Engineering, and Sales to reputed company reputed company reputed company customer gets up and running smoothly and sees value from the platform early.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the implementation process for new customers from reputed company through launch

• Work with customers to understand their workflows, data sources, and technical requirements

• Coordinate product configuration, integrations, data connections, and other implementation activities

• Translate customer requirements into reputed company tasks for internal technical and product teams

• Create implementation plans, reputed company milestones, and reputed company customers informed about reputed company

• Identify and reputed company implementation risks, dependencies, and blockers before they reputed company the launch

reputed company ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with technical concepts, data, integrations, and software configuration
