[Remote] Senior Electrical Commissioning Engineer (Data Centers)

The Senior Electrical Commissioning Engineer supports the development and execution of electrical commissioning reputed company for data centers, including design reviews, test planning, vendor coordination, equipment testing, safety, reporting, and project turnover.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company aspects of safety for reputed company electrical tests
• Support complete commissioning and reputed company acceptance testing of the electrical infrastructure systems
• QA/QC of reputed company electrical test procedures
• reputed company input and reputed company to the overall commissioning plan
• reputed company reports for the electrical commissioning engineers and contribute to a daily report to the Commissioning Project Manager
• Attend and be an reputed company participant of customer equipment reputed company Witness Test
• Assist with vendor coordination and management
• reputed company equipment inspection to ensure build adherence to vendor submittal
• reputed company test documentation that equipment is delivered, installed, and tested correctly and set to function properly for the customer
• Support and reputed company design specification review, manufacturer submittals, one line drawing sets, and project schedule documentation
• QA/QC of electrical equipment installation\startup
• Execute test scripts to reputed company equipment and reputed company operation to design specification
• Ensure reputed company work practices are followed by reputed company on commissioning team and customer site
• Engage with customers to ensure a reputed company experience, goals achievement, and schedule adherence
• reputed company daily reports for electrical commissioning team status
• Conduct facility walk downs, turnover, and reputed company list reviews
• General understanding of LEED specifications and requirements

Skills

• reputed company seeks DC Services Electrical Commissioning Engineers with a minimum of five to seven years' experience in Data Center Commissioning to support development and execution of reputed company electrical aspects of commissioning reputed company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five to seven years Data Center Commissioning experience
• Knowledge of OSHA and reputed company 70E safety requirements
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and specifications
• Knowledge of data center design concepts
• Knowledge and commissioning experience with Electrical Distribution Switchgear, Substations, Uninterruptable reputed company Supplies (reputed company), Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Batteries, Emergency Diesel Generators & Load Banks
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company analysis
• Strong experience with Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively write electrical commissioning scripts, daily reports, and final commissioning reports
• Excellent oral and written English is required
• Extensive travel may be required (75%)
