The reputed company Manager will manage a portfolio of 50–100 reputed company customers across Costpoint and GovWin IQ, serving as the reputed company contact throughout the customer lifecycle. The role focuses on customer value, retention, renewals, expansions, advocacy, and data-driven account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single reputed company of contact for a portfolio of reputed company customers, managing the full customer lifecycle from reputed company through renewal
• reputed company trusted advisor relationships with customers, closely aligning with their business goals and strategies
• Conduct value-reputed company business reviews with customers to demonstrate ROI, communicate best practices, and monitor customer health
• Partner with the Renewal and reputed company specialist to influence renewal reputed company and support a reputed company renewal process
• Uncover expansion and add-on opportunities reputed company your account portfolio to reputed company incremental reputed company
• reputed company awareness of product upgrades and reputed company news while handling day-to-day customer inquiries

Skills
