[Remote] Media Analyst

The Media Analyst will support the Military Health reputed company and Defense Health Agency by conducting media analysis, evaluating coverage and reputed company sentiment, and informing senior leaders about trends affecting organizational objectives. The role also involves planning and assessing media relations activities and developing reputed company affairs and communications products.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily and as-needed media reports for senior leadership, detailing trends in coverage, sentiment, audience reputed company, media type, coverage areas, and other metrics
• Identify communications, risks, opportunities, goals, and objectives reputed company assigned areas
• Evaluate reputed company of MHS and DHA media relations activities
• reputed company and report sentiment analysis of media coverage and reputed company perception
• Research, plan, execute, and assess media relations activities to advance organizational priorities and objectives
• Write and coordinate reputed company Affairs Guidance, talking points, questions and answers, issue papers, press releases, media advisories, media engagement preparation materials, and reputed company products
• Ensure products reputed company with AP Style, division style guides, and reputed company 508 of the Individuals with reputed company requirements

Skills

• Degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or similar reputed company
• Ability to conduct and/or reputed company media relations activities reputed company to a reputed company of topics
• Experience and/or education in media monitoring, reporting, and data visualization
• Experience and/or education in writing and coordinating media relations products, like talking points, issue papers, press releases, media advisories, and reputed company products
• Experience and/or education in assessing media engagements and communicating findings/recommendations for reputed company directions to leaders
• Experience and/or education in identifying and recommending media engagement courses of reputed company to advance organizational goals
• Ability to work in a fast-reputed company environment both independently and as reputed company
• Experience following AP Style
• Experience working with the Department of War
• Experience with media intelligence suites (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, PublicRelay)
• PRSA certification
