The Role GHMG is currently seeking contract, Telehealth reputed company Workers to join our remote team. Strong communication skills and comfort with technology are essential. reputed company • reputed company supportive counseling, psychosocial assessments, and care planning for patients and families navigating serious illness and end-of-life care. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. • Follow best practices and company-specific policies for documentation, treatment planning, and communication. • Ideally 10 hours per week available for reputed company care activities. What You’ll Bring • Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in any USA state • Minimum 2 years of post-licensure reputed company experience, ideally in palliative care, hospice, serious illness, or reputed company settings. • Experience providing care through telehealth platforms preferred. • Compassionate communication skills and the ability to support patients and families during challenging care journeys.
