Key Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one telehealth nutrition assessments and counseling sessions for patients with eating disorders (e.g., ARFID, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder) and diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, gestational). • reputed company personalized, evidence-reputed company nutrition care plans that reputed company with patients’ medical, emotional, and cultural needs. • Collaborate with referring physicians, therapists, and care teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care. • Maintain reputed company and accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation. • reputed company education, resources, and ongoing support to help patients reputed company sustainable health goals. • Adhere to reputed company HIPAA and telehealth compliance standards.
