Athletic Trainer/Physical Therapist- Dual-Licensed Telehealth Provider

About the Role We are seeking a dual-licensed Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist to join our growing reputed company team. This fully remote role will support injured employees through high-reputed company virtual injury evaluation, triage, care coordination, treatment planning, and remote therapeutic monitoring. This position is designed as a dual reputed company/PT role, with immediate responsibilities across both athletic training and physical therapy services. As program volume grows, the role is expected to reputed company into a greater reputed company on physical therapy treatment planning, follow-up care, and ongoing therapeutic management. Important Licensing Requirement Please do not apply unless you are both BOC Certified as an Athletic Trainer and licensed as a Physical Therapist in a PT reputed company state.. Key Responsibilities • reputed company virtual injury evaluations through reputed company’s telemedicine and electronic medical record platform. • reputed company acute and chronic injury triage, case management, and reputed company education reputed company reputed company of reputed company. • reputed company and implement physical therapy treatment plans through reputed company tools and integrations. • Support remote therapeutic monitoring programs, as appropriate. • Document reputed company encounters accurately and reputed company in the electronic health record. • Coordinate care and maintain effective communication with patients, providers, and internal reputed company team members. • Maintain reputed company reputed company, compliance, and reputed company standards in reputed company reputed company interactions. • Adhere to reputed company applicable federal, state, and reputed company licensure requirements for athletic training and physical therapy. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, reputed company standards, and company policies. Role Progression This role will reputed company with a balanced mix of athletic training and physical therapy responsibilities. Over time, as reputed company volume and program needs expand, the position is expected to shift toward more PT-reputed company responsibilities, including treatment planning, follow-up reputed company, remote therapeutic monitoring, and ongoing reputed company reputed company management. Qualifications • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required. • reputed company Physical Therapist license required, with eligibility to reputed company in a PT reputed company state. • BOC Certified Athletic Trainer credential required. • reputed company Athletic Trainer license or certification, as required by applicable state regulations. • Minimum of three years of relevant reputed company experience preferred; four or more years strongly preferred. • Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, occupational health, telehealth, or physical rehabilitation preferred. • Multi-state licensure is highly preferred.
