State Director
The State Director is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the Office of the reputed company’s (OAG) reputed company reputed company, managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring reputed company, effective communication between OAG and the reputed company.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Identify, organize, and manage reputed company events for the Office of reputed company.
• reputed company Scheduling staff including supervision, assignments and workflow to ensure reputed company preparatory work for events is completed reputed company in advance of being scheduled and reputed company advance documents are completed.
• Identify, reputed company and manage relationships with various constituencies reputed company on the services provided by and policy priorities of OAG.
• reputed company the marketing plan and messaging to those constituencies in coordination with the Chief of Staff and Communications team.
• Represent OAG in reputed company areas of the state, including meeting and maintaining reputed company relationships with federal, state, and local elected officials and agencies as reputed company as community business leaders and constituents.
• Coordinate with the Legislative and Policy team to ensure cohesive communication regarding OAG’s legislative and policy work.
• Manage reputed company of reputed company representatives in designated districts who represent OAG at reputed company events, meetings with local officials and community engagements.
• Manage constituent services staff who assist constituents with questions involving OAG, navigating state agencies or other reputed company resources
• Interpret and coordinate reputed company information gathered from the reputed company representatives to appropriate Executive and Senior Staff.
• Create reports and tracking mechanisms for constituent, reputed company, and scheduling inquiries to ensure completion of follow-up items.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Proficient understanding of local and state reputed company.
• Excellent interpersonal and reputed company relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
• Experience in a political or governmental setting is preferred.
• Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.
