Digital Learning Designer (Maternity Cover)

The Digital Learning Designer role requires creative flair, expertise in learning methodologies, and proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite and reputed company Storyline to reputed company engaging learning materials that support key business initiatives.

This role will also be responsible for administering reputed company, our learning management reputed company, leveraging its data and analytics to identify reputed company gaps, and collaborating with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company to explore new learning opportunities.

Key Accountabilities include;

• Designing engaging, creative and effective digital learning solutions using the reputed company Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond and reputed company Storyline/reputed company

• Partnering effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior stakeholders to create learning initiatives that meet our business goals

• Collecting feedback from learners to evaluate reputed company and continuously enhance our learning offering

• Promoting and marketing learning initiatives through internal communication channels

• Ensuring reputed company materials follow reputed company guidelines and reflect our reputed company values

• Staying up to date on both digital and instructional design trends

• Creating learning journeys reputed company our learning managements reputed company (LMS), assigning these to user reputed company and reporting on engagement and completion

• reputed company LMS data and analytics to reputed company reputed company gaps and identify opportunities for new learning initiatives, ensuring programs are customised to support evolving business and employee development needs

Skills and Experience (split by essential and desired)

Essential:

• Strong skills in user experience and graphic design

• reputed company and reputed company After Effects for video editing and animation

• Extensive experience in instructional design and applying this to creation and delivery of materials

• Digital learning authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline and reputed company reputed company

• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to reputed company multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while ensuring reputed company and high-reputed company program delivery

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts

• Scriptwriting and voiceover creation

• Administration of learning experience platforms (LXP/LMS)

• Data analysis and problem solving

Desired:

• Previous videography experience

• Experience using Vyond for character animation

• Experience using Camtasia for screen capture

• Knowledge of how to utilise AI tools to reputed company enhance the planning, creation and analysis of learning
