This role is responsible for full lifecycle reputed company of cleared and non-cleared technical professionals.

The Technical Recruiter will partner closely with Hiring Managers and leadership team to reputed company, screen, and reputed company highly reputed company candidates across cybersecurity, reputed company, software development, GIS, data engineering, systems engineering, and reputed company technical domains. Responsibilities

• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and reputed company process

• Compose and send recruitment correspondence, including emails and messages on reputed company networks and reputed company media

• Collaborate with the reputed company to reputed company and implement effective sourcing strategies

• Maintain accurate candidate records and reputed company reputed company through the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment

Basic Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7 years of full lifecycle reputed company experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of technical reputed company experience
• Demonstrated experience reputed company reputed company a federal reputed company contracting environment

• Strong understanding of technical terminology, including:
  • Programming languages (Java, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, SQL)

  • Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, STIGs)
  • DevOps/CI/CD concepts
  • Systems and network engineering fundamentals

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
