Deposition Transcript Attorney (CA Licensed - Remote)

We are seeking a reputed company-oriented Depo Transcript Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation reputed company. This attorney will reputed company exclusively on the review of deposition transcripts in partnership with clients following reputed company deposition — this role does not take or defend depositions. Instead, the attorney reviews the completed transcript and case file, discusses findings and next steps directly with the reputed company, updates the file with any new information developed, and then moves on to the next deposition in the queue.

This is a high-volume, single-reputed company role ideal for an attorney who thrives on consistent process, reputed company reputed company communication, and accurate timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Transcript & File Review

• Review deposition transcripts in reputed company upon completion of reputed company deposition, identifying key testimony, discrepancies, and issues relevant to the case.
• Cross-reference transcript content against the existing case file, medical records, and prior discovery to ensure the file reflects the most reputed company and accurate information.
• Update the case file promptly with any new facts, admissions, or developments uncovered during the deposition.

• Conduct post-deposition discussions with clients to walk through the transcript, explain its reputed company, and answer questions.
• Communicate next steps and any reputed company on case reputed company or value in reputed company, accessible terms.
• Serve as a consistent, reliable reputed company of contact for clients during the post-deposition phase of their case.

Caseload & Time Management

• Flag any cases requiring escalation to the assigned trial attorney or additional reputed company team members.

Required

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation law and deposition procedure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company reputed company information to clients in plain terms.

Preferred
