Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company reputed company leader responsible for the procurement, negotiation, administration, and reputed company management of reputed company relationships on large, reputed company construction reputed company
• Partnering closely with project leadership, the functional leads for reputed company, estimating, procurement, finance, and reputed company teams, you will reputed company subcontracting strategies, create trade scopes and bid packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate contract terms, and ensure subcontract agreements reputed company with project objectives, schedules, budgets, and reputed company management strategies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company; equivalent experience may be considered
• 10 or more years of experience in construction project management
• 8+ years of experience in construction subcontract management, contract administration, procurement, reputed company management, or project controls reputed company industrial, reputed company, manufacturing, infrastructure, or large reputed company construction
• Strong knowledge of contract forms, reputed company negotiations, reputed company allocation, claims management, and change order administration
• Demonstrated experience developing trade scopes, bid packages, procurement strategies and plans for reputed company reputed company
