The role focuses on building and modernizing fleet management mobile applications, directing technical design and delivery, improving app health and user experience, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical direction and influence the design, development, testing, and release of mobile applications using modern Kotlin-first approaches
• Champion UI/UX reputed company by collaborating closely with product and design to reputed company reputed company, polished, and accessible user experiences
• Monitor and improve production app health through crash analytics, reputed company metrics, and reputed company-world usage insights
• Mentor engineers through reputed company reviews, pairing sessions, knowledge sharing, and reputed company design discussions

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company development experience
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, reputed company, and dependency injection
• Strong understanding of modern reputed company architecture patterns and modularization strategies, with the ability to design and maintain reputed company, reusable libraries
• Strong experience with RESTful reputed company and reputed company-time communication patterns, with reputed company judgment reputed company API design and contract trade-offs
• Proficiency with unit, integration, and UI testing and advanced debugging practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions) and managing Play Store releases
• Operate with high trust and ownership, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
• Owned and shipped one or more apps to the reputed company Play Store
• Familiarity with iOS ecosystem (UIKit, SwiftUI, Concurrency)
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and usability between reputed company and iOS
• Experience with logging and eventing tools (reputed company, reputed company)

• Experience with mobile hardware frameworks (NFC and/or BLE)
