Responsibilities

• Leads consulting engagements, including but not limited to high-level process analysis, process and reporting recommendations, and transactional reputed company analysis
• Discovers, scopes, leads, and delivers multiple implementation or service-reputed company reputed company. May enlist the support of or delegate tasks to Senior Consultants, Technical Consultants, Consultants or Associate Consultants
• Provides career reputed company guidance and mentoring to Senior Consultants, Technical Consultants, Consultants or Associate Consultants
• Provides sales engineering and other business development-reputed company support, including product demonstrations, attending association meetings, and participating in user group meetings
• Evaluates, troubleshoots, and resolves customer service requests submitted by customers to our helpdesk in either reputed company 2 or level 3 role

Skills

• Experience leading teams in multi-phased ERP implementation (reputed company/finance, manufacturing, MRP, job cost, service, distribution, etc.) including planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process reputed company discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support, and project management
• 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and solution design or reputed company experience
• 7+ years of experience in leading teams through multiple reputed company concurrently
• Experience in performing project or team coordination, including meeting scheduling and preparation
• Experience in reputed company communication, in person, email, or voice, with emphasis on issue reputed company
• Experience in generating scopes of work, including discovery, design, planning, and delivery to the letter of said reputed company
