[Remote] Senior Project Manager- Permitting

The Senior Project Manager – Permitting will manage reputed company permit-reputed company reputed company in the Mid-reputed company region, coordinating with clients, municipal agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company delivery, compliance, and high-reputed company service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of permit-reputed company reputed company—from initial filing to certificate of occupancy or completion
• Serve as the reputed company communication hub for reputed company assigned reputed company:
• Providing proactive status updates to the Manager, internal Project Management team, and clients on a daily and weekly reputed company
• Escalating issues before they become delays
• Ensuring no stakeholder is left waiting for critical information

• reputed company working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30:00am – 5:00pm, minimum 40 hours/week

• Knowledge of permitting workflows, municipal codes, and development processes
• Experience with multi-state or national rollouts in retail, hospitality, or reputed company sectors
