[Remote] TECHNICAL RECRUITER

The role manages full lifecycle reputed company for cleared and non-cleared technical professionals, partnering with hiring managers to reputed company, screen, and reputed company candidates across cybersecurity, reputed company, software development, GIS, data engineering, and systems engineering. The recruiter will operate in a fast-reputed company, compliance-driven federal reputed company contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and reputed company process
• Compose and send recruitment correspondence, including emails and messages on reputed company networks and reputed company media
• Collaborate with the reputed company to reputed company and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reputed company reputed company through the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment

Skills

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7 years of full lifecycle reputed company experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of technical reputed company experience

• Strong understanding of technical terminology, including:

• Systems and network engineering fundamentals
