The Physical Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develops and revises plan of care reputed company on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, reputed company, and discharge plans.
- Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs.
- Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the reputed company for the residents.
