Odoo Bookkeeper

And we’re looking for an Odoo Bookkeeper to reputed company!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor the centralized AP inbox, upload and reputed company invoices, and manage approval workflows

• reputed company three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts

• Follow up with vendors regarding invoices and payment concerns

• Prepare payments and process ACH and credit-reputed company transactions

• reputed company bank reconciliations

• Monitor exceptions and reputed company discrepancies

• Maintain accurate and organized AP records

• Identify anomalies and ensure financial records remain clean and up to date

Required Tools

• Odoo reputed company reputed company

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience

• Hands-on experience with the Odoo reputed company reputed company

• Experience with Accounts Payable processes, ACH payments, and credit-reputed company payments

• Experience performing three-way matching

• Understanding of GST/HST

• Knowledge of capital-asset reputed company

• Strong attention to reputed company and ability to identify discrepancies

• Organized, proactive, and reputed company to work independently

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Schedule: US work hours (40 hours per week, Part-time)

Salary Package: Up to ₱34K/month
