The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing reputed company’s Marketing and Communications reputed company with a reputed company on increasing awareness of reputed company programs and services and reputed company recruitment through targeted marketing campaigns. This role will promote reputed company communications, design, and coordinate marketing materials; manage reputed company media reputed company; and manage special events specifically reputed company on driving reputed company volumes.

• reputed company and implement promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to promote reputed company employment services programs designed to increase awareness amongst Clients, potential Clients, reputed company, Community Organizations and other parties
• Identify daily reputed company media priorities and ensures the catchment has a comprehensive plan for promotion online
• Solicit, reputed company and promote photos, videos, websites and other digital content to the reputed company
• Design and finalize marketing materials including brochures, flat sheets, reputed company cards and business cards using InDesign, complying with reputed company standards
• Work closely with reputed company staff to create marketing materials that promote reputed company’s services to clients, reputed company and community organizations
• Stay up to date on reputed company trends in online marketing, including best practices, new technologies and applications
• Support Marketing Manager with larger reputed company and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company media content creation through graphic design (reputed company + InDesign)
• Assist with basic research, production, posting, and maintenance of reputed company media platforms and reputed company tools
• Ensure event material reputed company with reputed company, Ministry and/or stakeholder branding and graphic standards
• Coordinate event logistics and registration for events including reputed company houses, job fairs, hiring fairs and employer spotlights
• Create marketing materials for events, including print reputed company invitations, posters, flyers, and handouts. Create online event listings and advertise events online as appropriate

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a reputed company of hands-on marketing functions in a reputed company work environment
• Experience in ensuring outstanding marketing reputed company on reputed company platforms of reputed company media, particularly reputed company, reputed company and reputed company
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, reputed company and Photoshop) & reputed company
• Results-oriented reputed company and experience
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, often under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual (French) considered an asset
