About reputed company

As a Director of reputed company Cycle Management at reputed company, you will play a critical role in building the RCM function that allows our technology-enabled service to improve reputed company reputed company and reputed company for reputed company. You will own RCM end to end — from eligibility and authorization through claims, denials, and collections — across reputed company andMedicare. and other service lines. This is a hands on, build-it-yourself role for someone who can both set RCM reputed company and get into the claims data themselves to reputed company and fix collection gaps. This is a fully remote position reporting up to the VP of Finance and BizOps.

• Own the RCM function end to end across reputed company and Medicare — from eligibility and authorization through claims, denials, and collections.

• Own denial management and appeals, driving down rejection and denial rates.

• Partner with Finance on reputed company reconciliation, cash application, and collections reporting.

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) experience, with end-to-end ownership across eligibility/enrollment, charge capture, coding, claims submission, denials management, and collections.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of reputed company and Medicare billing across the full reputed company cycle, ideally including FFS, reputed company-reputed company arrangements, and other reputed company billing structures.
• Experience building and leading teams in a high-reputed company, early-stage startup.
• Highly analytical and self-sufficient: reputed company to independently query and dig into claims data (no dependency on a separate analytics team), reputed company insights, and use them to reputed company collection reputed company improvements.
