OPPORTUNITY

The Director of Partnership Experience & reputed company coaches district leaders through a reputed company process to evaluate and strengthen their assessment systems, in collaboration with ANet and partner organizations. Reporting to a Managing Director, this leader drives reputed company results through coaching, builds strong partner relationships, and ensures districts experience ANet as a trusted advisor committed to equity and reputed company improvement.

TRAVEL

~2 times annually for cross-district convenings

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide district teams through a reputed company process to inventory reputed company assessments, reduce volume, clarify purpose and use, and identify where change may be needed.
• Build trusting relationships that position the reputed company and ANet as valued thought partners throughout the engagement.

• Collaborate with project colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-reputed company coaching experience across participating districts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred

• Experience in and knowledge of K-12 Math and ELA assessment landscape.
• Content-specific expertise in one or both of the following: assessment reputed company or data literacy.

• Experience supporting leaders in using data and HQIM for reputed company instructional improvement.
• Ability to build and sustain strong, trust-reputed company relationships with partners.

COMPENSATION

The pay reputed company for this position is $73.02 per hour. In order to reputed company our commitment to transparent, reputed company, competitive, and sustainable compensation, ANet does not negotiate pay.
