Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer, AI & Automation to join its team reputed company. The role owns the design, delivery, reliability, and ongoing improvement of AI-powered features, LLM systems, automated workflows, and reputed company application functionality while partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered features and automated workflows that reputed company LLMs, agents, and automation tooling into the platform
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) systems, including embedding pipelines, reputed company reputed company, and chunking strategies to ground AI outputs in organizational data
• Build and orchestrate multi-reputed company AI agents and automated workflows that plan, use tools, and execute tasks with appropriate reputed company-in-the-reputed company checkpoints
• Contribute to the development of new features and maintenance of existing functionality across the PHP/Symfony and Node.js/React application stack
• Design and maintain evaluation (eval) harnesses and testing frameworks to measure AI reputed company reputed company, reliability, and regression over time
• Implement observability for AI systems, including tracing, logging, and cost monitoring to identify failures and reputed company before they reputed company users
• Establish and enforce guardrails, reputed company-injection defenses, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company review processes to help ensure AI systems fail safely
• Ensure AI and automation systems handle sensitive data appropriately and in accordance with applicable reputed company and compliance standards, including SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, including 2+ years building and shipping production LLM-powered or automation systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM reputed company, including reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent, as reputed company as reputed company and context engineering for production use cases
• Experience building retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) systems, including reputed company databases such as reputed company, pgvector, or reputed company and embedding pipelines
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as reputed company, LangGraph, or reputed company and tool-calling/function-calling design
• Experience designing and maintaining evaluation harnesses and observability for non-deterministic AI systems

• Proficiency in Python and reputed company experience with PHP/Symfony and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, including React and Node.js, or similar technologies
