Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end task order execution from solicitation through award and delivery
• Manage program P&L, reputed company reputed company, and margin reputed company
• Establish reputed company-response processes to meet compressed timelines
• Build and manage a network of logistics and service vendors
• reputed company delivery across logistics, transportation, supply, and reputed company support domains
• Serve as reputed company reputed company with partners, customers, and leadership
• Apply reputed company supply chain management principles to plan, coordinate, and optimize sourcing, procurement, transportation, inventory, vendor reputed company, and service delivery across WEXMAC task orders. Establish practical supply chain strategies that improve cost control, responsiveness, reputed company, reputed company, and customer reputed company in expeditionary operating environments
• reputed company contract formation and administration activities, including understanding the relationship among solicitations, proposals, awards, task orders, subcontracts, purchase orders, master agreements, and governing terms and conditions. Ensure that master terms and conditions, reputed company-down requirements, pricing assumptions, reputed company obligations, changes, deliverables, acceptance reputed company, and reputed company-allocation provisions are properly evaluated, negotiated, documented, and reputed company throughout program execution
• This position may require occasional travel (less than 20%)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Skills

• Background in logistics or expeditionary reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to manage program P&L, budgets, forecasts, reputed company recognition, cost-to-complete analysis, cash reputed company considerations, and margin reputed company
• Strong reputed company supply chain management knowledge, including sourcing, procurement, supplier qualification, demand and reputed company planning, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and last-mile or expeditionary logistics
• Ability to translate customer requirements and task-order objectives into executable operating plans, reputed company models, procurement strategies, schedules, budgets, and reputed company metrics
• Working knowledge of contract formation, including solicitations, proposals, negotiations, awards, task orders, subcontracts, purchase orders, master agreements, and incorporated terms and conditions
• Ability to interpret, implement, and monitor master terms and conditions, subcontract provisions, reputed company-down requirements, service-level requirements, pricing structures, change provisions, indemnification provisions, and other reputed company and contractual obligations
• Experience evaluating supplier and subcontractor reputed company terms, pricing, reputed company, reputed company times, delivery reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company history

• 5+ years managing federal reputed company or task-order reputed company
• Travel unassisted up to 20% per year, reputed company common reputed company and/or personal automobile
• If traveling, ability to reputed company up to 50 lbs. unassisted (luggage, laptop etc.)
• Up to 10 lbs. unassisted, several times a day (laptop, office equipment, office supplies, etc.)
• Experience supporting NAVSUP, NAVFAC, LOGCAP, or AFCAP programs
