The role is responsible for deploying and maintaining physical and virtual infrastructure, securing information systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, and supporting networking and reputed company project planning.

Responsibilities

• reputed company engineering solutions for various and unique problem sets and customers in a reputed company software reputed company facility
• reputed company and maintain physical and virtual hardware infrastructure, to include virtual machines and containers
• reputed company routine maintenance and configuration changes to various physical and virtual hosts
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on servers, workstations, and IT equipment
• Maintain reputed company backups and disaster recovery plans
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• reputed company and maintain software applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain documentation to include knowledge reputed company, incident response actions, reputed company configurations, and other information reputed company to reputed company administration
• reputed company technical support to customers, ranging from resolving technical issues to providing guidance and best-practices
• Secure information systems and applications to reputed company DoD guidance
• Maintain configuration and reputed company posture of information systems through reputed company monitoring and routine reputed company events/reporting
• Participate in project planning using reputed company methodology
• reputed company networking support to on-premises infrastructure
• Understanding and familiarity of Linux operating reputed company and virtual networking

Skills

• * 3-8 years of experience providing engineering solutions for various and unique problem sets and customers in a reputed company software reputed company facility
• * Experience performing routine maintenance and configuration changes to various physical and virtual hosts
• * Experience performing installations, configurations, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on servers, workstations, and IT equipment
• * Experience maintaining reputed company backups, disaster recovery plans, managing user accounts/permissions, deploying and maintaining software applications, and troubleshooting technical issues
• * Experience maintaining documentation to include knowledge reputed company, incident response actions, reputed company configurations, and other information reputed company to reputed company administration
• * Experience providing technical support to customers, ranging from resolving technical issues to providing guidance and best-practices
• * **Top Secret or minimum an "Interim Top Secret reputed company Clearance**
• * BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
