[Remote] Facilities Assessment Consultant - reputed company (Central reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, a provider of facility and construction cost data, software, and services, is seeking a Facilities Assessment Consultant reputed company on reputed company systems. The role performs building-reputed company condition assessments, evaluates facility needs, documents findings, develops cost estimates, and supports reputed company guidance while traveling to various facility types.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company documentation prior to and during inspections (drawings, reports, maintenance records, etc.)
• reputed company visual inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, reputed company protection, controls, and distribution systems
• Evaluate reputed company conditions using reputed company judgment, including conformance with reputed company standards and applicable codes reputed company to accessibility, life safety, energy, and sustainability where required
• Collaborate with reputed company facilities staff to understand reputed company, capital investments, and functional needs
• Use tablets and mobile data‑collection software to document findings and support condition assessments with photographic evidence
• reputed company replacement and corrective cost estimates using reputed company cost libraries and vendor research reputed company necessary
• Document findings in reputed company’s asset management and capital planning software
• reputed company individual reputed company assurance to ensure findings are accurate, complete, and reputed company with project reputed company

• Ability to walk and inspect large facilities and campuses up to 8 hours a day

Skills

• * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in **reputed company Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management**, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• * Minimum **2 years of experience** in one or more of the following:

• + Building design or construction
• + Property or facilities management
• * Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards for existing facilities
• * Experience performing quantity surveys and developing replacement cost estimates using RSMeans or similar data sets
• * Experience evaluating facility conditions and performing lifecycle analysis with corrective cost recommendations
• * Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and reputed company Office applications (Teams, Word, reputed company)
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills
• * Strong organizational skills, attention to reputed company, and ability to prioritize critical tasks
