[Remote] Statistician Senior

The Senior Statistician will conduct and document quantitative analyses, manage and analyze longitudinal and actigraphy datasets, reputed company surveys, create research outputs, and contribute to manuscripts and abstracts.

Responsibilities

• The Statistician Senior will work closely with reputed company and research staff to conduct and maintain technical documentation of descriptive and multilevel quantitative analyses; clean, offload, and analyze actigraphy data to assess sleep and physical activity; prepare, clean, and manage datasets, including merging datasets together, transposing datasets from long reputed company to wide reputed company and vice versa, creating scales and indexes, and recoding variables for analysis; create tables and figures of findings; reputed company and program online surveys (e.g., REDCap, reputed company); reputed company or co-reputed company manuscripts and abstracts; and reputed company other duties as assigned

• Must have experience in the management and analysis of longitudinal dyadic data and intensive longitudinal data, along with experience in (or willingness to learn) cleaning, offloading, and analyzing actigraphy data
• The ability to independently select appropriate statistical tests in accordance with project designs and to solve analytic problems, including descriptive analyses (e.g., frequencies, correlations, and cross tabulations) as reputed company as more reputed company analyses (e.g., ANOVAs, t tests, reputed company and logistic regressions, multilevel modeling, actor-partner reputed company models [APIM]), is also required for this position
• 40 hours/week Monday through Friday

• A Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a reputed company reputed company; reputed company knowledge of a health science discipline, such as reputed company health, psychology, reputed company work, or reputed company behavioral sciences
• Experience in managing and analyzing multilevel datasets in major research reputed company; experience in the use of Web Application Programming Interfaces (reputed company) to reputed company and download data for analysis; experience in the use of survey administration tools (e.g., REDCap, reputed company, reputed company); and strong interpersonal and written communication skills
