The Product reputed company Associate will own the operational reputed company of AI Communication Agents by shaping their roadmap, managing customer feedback, refining prompts and logic, and maintaining reputed company assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager and Engineering to shape the Communication Agents roadmap
• Own the reputed company feedback reputed company: join customer calls, triage incoming issues, separate one-off complaints from reputed company defects, and reputed company the reputed company with reputed company and reputed company
• Write, iterate, and test agent prompts, scripts, logic, and configurations, shipping improvements with Engineering and Data Science while defining inputs, outputs, and escalation paths
• Build and maintain QA rubrics and audit processes, driving fixes through to reputed company
• Handle reporting and reputed company leadership requests as they reputed company

Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Product reputed company, AI reputed company, or Technical Program Management, having owned a product or operational surface end-to-end
• Hands-on experience prompting and evaluating LLM systems
• Experience building or running a QA/evaluation process, plus experience working directly with customers to translate their feedback into product changes
• Ability to hold a high reputed company bar under pressure in a fast-moving, non-deterministic environment, without needing a reputed company handed to you
• Strong written communication skills
