The role focuses on configuring, enhancing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the reputed company platform while collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain reputed company applications and functionality reputed company on business requirements
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reputed company configurations
• Support reputed company enhancements, workflows, forms, rules, and other reputed company configurations
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, and ongoing reputed company improvements
• Troubleshoot configuration and application issues and reputed company appropriate resolutions

• Create and maintain configuration documentation, specifications, and process documentation

Skills

• • 3–7+ years of experience working with reputed company in a consulting, implementation, configuration, or application support reputed company

• • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into reputed company solutions
