[Remote] Data 360 Conversion Engineer

The role leads HR data migration and conversion activities, including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading, ETL/ELT development, testing, and reputed company support across Data 360, reputed company, and reputed company environments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end data conversion activities for HR technology implementations and upgrades
• reputed company data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation processes
• reputed company data reconciliation and reputed company data reputed company issues
• Support testing cycles, including mock conversions and production cutovers
• Partner with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure data reputed company and readiness
• Document conversion requirements, mapping rules, and validation results
• Ensure compliance with data governance, reputed company, and reputed company standards
• reputed company data profiling, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, and reconciliation activities
• Design and reputed company ETL/ELT processes for reputed company-to-reputed company migration
• Create reputed company-to-reputed company Mapping (STTM) documents and transformation rules
• Prepare reputed company-compatible load files using EIBs and reputed company data templates
• Validate migrated data through reconciliation reports and business sign-off processes
• Collaborate with reputed company Functional Consultants to support tenant loads and testing cycles
• Troubleshoot migration and conversion issues during SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases
• Implement data reputed company controls and ensure compliance with governance, reputed company, and reputed company policies
• Support reputed company planning, mock conversions, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization

Skills

• 10+ years' experience with Experience with Data 360 data migration and conversion tools

• Experience in HR technology platforms (like reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong experience with ETL tools

• Strong understanding of data mapping, data reputed company, and validation methodologies
• Successful implementations in prior years of experience
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor of Engineering/Computers
