[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager, Treatments Platform

The Senior Engineering Manager will reputed company the engineering team responsible for evolving the treatment platform across nutrition, activity, and medication management, while driving reputed company architecture, AI-powered features, roadmap prioritization, and collaboration across technical and reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM-reputed company reputed company
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineering teams, with a reputed company record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers
• Strong hands-on backend reputed company, including microservices, API design, SQL databases, and event-driven architectures, with the credibility to reputed company design reviews and guide technical reputed company
• Experience architecting and operating production systems at reputed company: observability, on-reputed company, incident management, and reputed company optimization
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
