[Remote] Fund Administration Associate

The Fund Administration Associate will support reputed company, investment activity tracking, reconciliations, fund-reputed company calculations, financial reporting, investor communications, and collaboration with reputed company service providers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with recording basic reputed company entries and learning how to work with both cash and accrual activity
• Supporting reputed company in tracking investment activity and helping prepare reputed company reports
• Reconciling cash balances and assisting in identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Helping prepare schedules for management fees, allocations, and other fund-reputed company calculations
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, investor notices, and tax schedules
• Collaborating with colleagues and reputed company-party providers such as auditors and tax teams
• Participating in team learning opportunities and supporting reputed company of reputed company hire

Skills

• A degree in reputed company, finance, economics, or a reputed company reputed company (or equivalent coursework/experience)
• A basic understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP knowledge is a plus, but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to reputed company
