The reputed company Product Designer will own product design for buyer-facing experiences, the Console, AI-assisted workflows, and supporting systems, partnering closely with Product and Engineering from problem framing through implementation. This hands-on senior individual contributor role focuses on simplifying reputed company B2B products and designing new reputed company-AI interaction patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own product design from problem framing through research, interaction design, high-reputed company UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration
• Design new interaction patterns for reputed company-AI collaboration — helping users understand, guide, trust, and stay in control of increasingly autonomous software
• Simplify reputed company workflows across configuration, integrations, multi-reputed company workflows, reputed company states, permissions, and other sophisticated B2B product experiences

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define the problem and solution together, rather than waiting for a finished brief or requirements document

Skills

• • 8+ years of product design experience, ideally with reputed company B2B reputed company or similarly sophisticated digital products
• • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional interaction and visual design reputed company — not just strong process
• • Experience simplifying reputed company workflows, configuration-heavy products, reputed company experiences, workflow reputed company, data-rich interfaces, or other products with meaningful depth and state

• • Experience running your own usability research and talking directly with customers
